Van Dyck Self Adhesive Acoustic Underlay, Plain Acoustic Underlay, Magnetic Acoustic Cradles, can be used in refurbishment, conversions and new build projects and can provide a variety of finished floor heights including raised floors. VanDyck products have been tested to BS EN ISO 717-2:2013 acoustic testing with a result of 23dB.
Van Dyck Acoustic Wall Tiles, Acoustic Gym Tiles, Van Dyck Rubber Flooring are homogeneous rubber floor coverings for indoor and outdoor applications including pedestrian walkways, driveways, playgrounds and around shopping centres and hospitals. Available in a range of colors and sizes, these products provide versatile solutions for various environments.
Van Dyck's Shock pads have a critical fall height of 1.26m when tested to EN 1177:2018. VanDyck also offer Scaffolding Sole Board and Solar Protection Pads.
Van Dyck Magnetic Flooring Systems have an additional magnetic backing intended for easy installation.
Van Dyck self-adhesive acoustic underlay are designed to provide acoustic insulation.
Van Dyck Ballistic Blocks are specialised rubber blocks designed for shooting ranges. These ballistic blocks have passed ballistic testing when tested in accordance with EN1523 and EN1522 Table 1 class FB6.
Van Dyck also produce other specialized products including Shockpad, Scaffolding Sole Board, and Solar Protection Pads.
These products all contain Post-Consumer Recycled content sourced from used tires at the following levels: Acoustic Cradle Base Packers: 71%, Rubber Underlay: 68%, Magnetic Flooring Systems: 40%, Seld Adhesive Acoustic Underlay: 65%, Recycled Rubber Tiles (Black): 91%, Recycled Rubber Tiles (Coloured): 86%. Colourfastness to light has been tested to AS 2001.4 with minimal colour change recorded (level 5-7).
